Pricing – There are a few fields for the pricing option so let’s dive in help demystify the columns in the screenshot below.
Name of Price Option – This is the various formats you wish to sell this photo. For the time being we recommend just uploading one file and the user can manipulate the photo as needed. Or if you’re ambitious you may edit a photo to have various dimensions. An example would be the screen shot below.
Amount – The amount of the photo is what you’ll be selling the photograph for. You may set the price as high and as low as you’d like. However, remember that this is marketplace and other photographer may be selling similar photos to yours at a smaller or lower price. Our admin staff will be around to notify photographers of price gouging and competitive pricing but the user will be the one to properly price their photos accordingly.
URL – The third and final field is the URL for the photo. Remember, whenever you upload a photo to Aloha Stock Photos, an ASP watermark will be automatically added, so you don’t have to add any type of watermark for protection purposes. That said, as you upload your photos please ensure that the right formatting, dimensions are as they are stated because if not, you will be banned from the site.
An example, if you upload a 1200×1200, 300 dpi photo and the photo is 300×300 at 72 dpi in the description, this is cause for banning a user. Also, if the description is a 1200×1200, 300 dpi photo and the user downloads a 300×300, 72 dpi photo. This also be cause for termination and you may no longer use the site.
